Shri K K Kanoria,(Chairman)

Shri K K Kanoria was born in Kolkata on 15th January 1941. He graduated from Kolkata University with Hons. In Economics and Political Science in the year 1961. Mr. Kanoria belongs to the Industrialist’s house of the Kanoria’s having various industrial interests in the fields of Jute and Cotton textiles, Tea plantations, Sugar, Cement, Chemicals, Printing and Packaging Industries.

He has been actively associated with the industrial life of the country apart from the Kanoria family has always been contributing largely to the society by establishing and running several Temples, Dharamshalas, Educational Institutions, Medical Centres, and other similar charitable centers all over the country particularly in their native state of Rajasthan and in the states where they have industrial establishments.

Shri Kanoria is the Chairman of Kanoria Seva Kendra, a Charitable trust, registered with the Charity Commissioner, Gujarat State, owning and running a full-fledged Kanoria Hospital and Research Centre on Ahmedabad-Gandhinagar highway, Gandhinagar District, North Gujarat, specializing in drug and alcohol de-addiction, catering mainly to the lower-income population of the area at highly subsidized rates and recognized by the Government of Gujarat and Government of India.

Shri Kanoria is also the Chairman of Kanoria Charitable Society, a Charitable Trust registered under the Societies Act in Rajasthan owning and managing a Kanoria Primary School, Kanoria Sr. Secondary School, Kanoria College, Kanoria B.Ed. College and Kanoria Girls’ B.Ed. College at his native place in the village of Mukundgarh, Dist. Jhunjhunu.
